• provide professional legal advice on foreign direct investment including the investment form, the equity structure, capital contribution, land usage, foreign exchange, tax, technology transfer, patent and trade market license, intellectual property protection, equity transfer, customs, labor management;

• conduct due diligence investigation with the relevant authorities in relation to the projects for the clients;

• attend the commercial and legal negotiations with the relevant the investment for the clients;

• draft and revise foreign direct investment documents including investment intent, joint venture contract, the article of association, technology transfer agreement, the licenses of patent and trade mark, land use contract, employment contract, sale and purchase contract, turnkey contract and board resolutions;

• to assist the clients obtaining the government approvals, permits or license in relation to investment projects
