• providing legal advice and act in relation to bankruptcy and liquidation;

• drafting the bankruptcy application documents and lodge bankruptcy proceedings with Turkish courts.

• negotiating with the debtors or debtors' shareholders or competent authorities in respect of repayment of the debt owed by the debtors to the creditors before the courts decide the bankruptcy of the debtors; to draft debt restructuring agreements;

• participating in creditors' meeting or liquidating conference for and on behalf of the creditors;

• providing professional advice on the liquidation, assessment of the bankrupt assets, disposal and distribution of the bankrupt assets of the debtors; and

• representing the shareholders in winding up the companies including the foreign invested companies.
