Our experience includes providing legal guidance to dominant undertakings in implementing commercial practices compatible with competition rules and in notifying such practices to the national competition authorities. We provide legal assistance to companies, which have been subject to 'dawn raids' and represente dominant firms in proceedings for alleged abusive behaviour before competition authorities. We have experience in drafting and filing negative clearance applications with the Turkish Competition Commission and advise national and international enterprises in drafting horizontal, vertical and joint venture agreements in compliance with national and international law.
