The Office is concerning all matters that fall under labor and social security law and in particular,

• the drafting and negotiation of the employment contracts of all levels of employee;

• the severance or transfer of existing contracts;

retirement benefits, pensions and employee benefits of all types;

• early retirement, insurance and pension funds;

• employment law issues arising in M&A, and restructurings;

• the protection laid down in national legislation implementing the acquired rights directive;

• the formation of stock option structures;

• collective labor agreements;

• health and safety in the workplace; and

• any disputes arising from employment contracts.
